You may browse our site without registration. Account creation is required for purchases, and you must provide accurate information.

All content on this site, including designs, text, images and product names, are our exclusive property or licensed to us. Unauthorised use may violate copyright and trademark laws.

3. Products and Services

3.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to accurately describe our furniture collections, including dimensions, materials and finishes. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of premium furniture.

3.2 Custom Orders

Made-to-order and custom upholstery selections (including boucle and velvet options) cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.

3.3 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation. We process orders within 1-2 business days.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4.4 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery estimates:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
• Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 business days via EMS

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags attached. The following exceptions apply:

To initiate a return:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 15% restocking fee applies to opened furniture items.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items, via original payment method. Bank processing may take 3-5 additional days.

5.4 Damaged Items

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange collection and replacement at our expense.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant items
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control

7. General Provisions

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

7.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
