Our Return Commitment
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- A 15% restocking fee applies to opened furniture items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
- Custom upholstery selections (boucle, velvet, or other premium fabric choices)
- Made-to-measure furniture (including certain bed frames and dining tables)
- Final sale items marked as such during purchase

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will email:
- Return authorization number
- Approved return method instructions
- Return shipping address (37 Princes Ave, Kingston upon Hull, GB CH5S 4AZ)
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are:
- In original packaging with all protective materials
- Included with original tags and documentation
- Securely packed to prevent transit damage
Step 4: Ship & Track
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Retain your proof of postage until the process is complete.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of returned items:
- Timeline: Refunds processed within 5 business days of warehouse receipt
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Notification: Email confirmation sent when processed
Note: Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of available stock items:
- Follow standard return procedure
- Specify desired exchange item in your request
- We’ll process once original item is received
- Shipping charges for the new item may apply
Damaged or Defective Items
For items arriving damaged or with manufacturing defects:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange collection at our expense
- Receive priority replacement processing
